Many
of my friends envy me. I do eat quite a bit especially breakfast. I
love breakfast. Big American Breakfast complete with baked beans, fried
eggs, hash browns, bacon, fried tomatoes & dessert. Yet I could keep
my weight down.

Sometimes I wonder why. I ask one of my friends (a
self, proclaimed expert in all food related stuff...lol...) , he told me
could be because people with a high-carb, high protein breakfast have
fewer cravings & were more likely stick to a diet, than those who
ate a low-calorie, low carb breakfast. See this friend does know a thing
or two. Make sense right???
